Join coaches Will Murray and Ryan Kohler for a hands- and feet-on practice session for you to acquire great bike handling skills: smooth lines, crisp turns, confident and comfortable descents and more.  In this clinic you will focus on the fundamentals that lead to great bike handling skills: where to cast your gaze, how to weight your pedals and what to do with your hands.    You will get uncomplicated explanations of why the fundamentals are important, demonstrations of the skills, and plenty of fun, easy and successful practice.  You can expect a fun, interesting and welcoming session that will set you up for great riding.

If you are interested in acquiring or improving your fundamental skills or advancing your bike handling prowess, this clinic is for you.  If you are unsure of your abilities on the bike, come join us; we are fun and friendly.

The parking lot at NCAR is large, open and unlikely to have any parked cars—a great place to practice your skills.

Will Murray is mental skills coach for www.d3multisport.com and has a long teaching, training and coaching background, working with athletes new to the sport to Olympians.  Ryan Kohler is head coach for www.fasttalklabs.com and is a competitive cyclist.
