Dina Griffin is the Owner and Founder of The Nutrition Mechanic  a nutrition coaching company based out of Boulder, Colorado, which services athletes worldwide. As a Sports Dietitian and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Dina works with all levels of adult endurance athletes to optimize health and vitality, and maximize sport nutrition strategies to support the pursuit and achievement of athletic endeavors. She blends science-based and evidence-informed strategies along with real life considerations to devise and individualize nutrition and competition plans for each athlete. She has a particular passion set for working with women’s health, peri- and post-menopause, masters athletes, and supporting individuals who have a metabolic condition. Dina is an “adult onset endurance athlete” and has completed numerous marathons, triathlons, and ultra running events.


Kristin Foreman is a Sports Dietitian and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist at The Nutrition Mechanic in Boulder, Colorado. She provides group and one-on-one performance nutrition coaching informed by the most up-to-date research and evidence-based strategies to get you across the finish line. She also has an interest in the intersectionality of mental health, trauma, and nutrition, and uses her personal experiences and ongoing training with disordered eating and eating disorders in supporting clients recover and heal. Kristin is a Mom to an active allergy kiddo, deeply involved in diversity and equity learning, has her master's degree in nutrition, and is currently working on her board certification in sports dietetics. Kristin is also a lifelong athlete herself with a background in soccer, collegiate level cycling, rowing, running, and triathlon.
