Bounce Back and Keep Rolling: Overcoming Adversity in Strange Times
It seems that daily we are confronted with strange things and new challenges. Plague, wildfire, isolation, cancellation and deprivation. Ack. Fortunately, there are some very effective, fast, easy and durable techniques for overcoming those obstacles in our way and moving toward our goals and dreams. In this session we will test and practice three solid techniques to let you roll over the troubles and maintain momentum toward the positive.
